Bloom, The Jellyfish

After the last poster with the hidden jellyfish, well I used their tentacles mainly, I've remembered how amazing these creatures are . They are so pretty. This is my Ode to Jellyfish. I used layers of jellyfish photographs and hand-drawn type.

Did you know a group of jellyfish is called a bloom. How perfect for welcoming spring, jellyfish? They're always one of the most memorable parks of aquarium for me. What's yours?

Oh World Of Bubbles Where Art Thou Be?

For the second week of March: Bubble week!
And a happy bubble week to you, and YOU!

I used some photoshop techniques found on in the recent past histories of smashingmagazine.com, and a Jellyfish to create this one. Can you find the jellyfish?

With Thoughts of Klee

Last week I came across this quote by the artist: Paul Klee. I've always loved and remembered his painting, the Twittering Matching, from art history classes.

Back as the Year is New

Celebrations of a New Year is always dear to me. It feels good to have hope and resolutions. In honor of 2010 and rededicating myself to being more artistically driven; I am pumping some life back into this blog, doing posters, and the act of creation. Nnot that I ever put these things aside for any real half decent reason, in the first place. So, as it's been said before, Happy New Year and Enjoy.
